WHEAT
Wheat is the most strategic agricultural product of Iran and many countries in the world. Wheat harvest time is affected by factors such as rainfall, relative humidity, air temperature and grain ripening. Wheat harvest in Iran started in early spring (in tropical regions) and continues until late summer (in cold regions).
In Iran, Khuzestan and Fars provinces are known as the most important producers of wheat, and Miyan Ab is one of the most important agricultural and industrial complexes in Khuzestan province, which has a high potential for cultivating this crop.
